1. Select the resource you want to access using the A-to-Z List, or a link in a LibGuide or Moodle course.
2. If you're off campus, you will arrive at the following screen. Log in at this screen with the same username and password you use for your Greensboro College Email.
3. Once logged in, your access to the Library's content remains active until you close your browser session.
4. You should now be logged in as a Greensboro College user at the resource you selected.
If these steps fail and you do not arrive logged in as the resource you selected, see the troubleshooting section below.

If you see the screen pictured above, the library resource you tried to access has not been configured properly. Please report the problem by emailing library@greensboro.edu.
Should you find yourself at the above screen and you are on-campus, there is an easy fix. In this case, all you have to do is take the URL and delete out everything before the https://. Note the picture below.
