Help Me!

If you're stuck and don't know what to do, come to the library!

Whenever the library is open, there's always someone sitting at the main desk that can help you with your research assignments. We're also available for one-on-one appointments or to help you through email.

You can email me specifically by clicking the green "Email Me" button on this page, or send an email to library@greensboro.edu

Library Anxiety?

Using library resources and doing research can be really intimidating and anxiety-producing for students. Thinking about some assignments I had in college gives me anxiety, even today! It's scary to think about not knowing where to go, where to look, or what to do. Some students worry about looking uninformed or asking a "bad" question.

We were all students once! Your library and your librarians are here to help. The whole reason why we're here is for you!  We want to encourage you to ask us anything, even if you think you "should know" already. If you're stuck, or having problems with a research assignment, that's why we're here.

If you're stressed about research, ask us! Library and research anxiety is a very real thing that a lot of students experience and we want to help.
