Student must reach out to Joan Springett-Coscia, the Student Financial Services Coordinator, to confirm their eligibility for participation in the federal work-study program.
Student completes onboarding/tax paperwork and Paycom training with Human Resources.
Student reviews available positions offered for the Fall/Spring semester.
Students are encouraged to reach out to the supervisor listed as the point of contact on the job board. In this instance, please contact Lu Neal, the Library Specialist and Student Worker Supervisor.
Supervisor and student will arrange a meeting to sign the work-study contract, discuss a work schedule, outline work expectations, and conduct a tour of the library.
Prior to beginning work, student must submit the work-study contract, signed by both the student and the supervisor, to the Financial Aid Office.
Student begins working. Each student can work up to 80 hours each semester.
Each student is eligible to work in their assigned work-study position for the entirety of the academic year without the need to submit new paperwork or enter into a new contract.
